SMOKEY 

My name is Bailey and this is my brother Smokey.  Our estimated DOB is 2/15/06.  I’m a rusty red and white male Cocker Spaniel and Smokey is a black male Cocker Spaniel.  Our family decided to give us up because they could not give us the time, attention and financial commitment we need.  We are pure bred and have papers, but we were never registered with the AKC.

Our previous owners must have kept us pretty sheltered as we are still getting used to the normal day to day things.  Our foster mom tried to give us some toys to play with, and we aren’t quite sure what to do with them.  One thing I can tell you about us is that we have a wonderful and swet disposition.  Talk about double the love!  We really like the back yard and chasing the squirrels is great fun.  Smokey doesn’t see so well, but he sure can smell them.  I’m pretty good at showing him where they are anyway. 

We do just fine with other dogs but are still a bit uneasy with the cats at our foster mom’s house.  For now we keep our distance from separate rooms.  We are completely crate and house broken and have never had an accident or a marking incident.  Well, maybe one, but that was the first day so that doesn’t count!

We really love each other a whole bunch and would really like to stay together if possible.  I have to make sure I’m there to help Smokey get everywhere he needs to go.  If you’re looking for two love bugs we’re your men!  Show some love and submit an application for us today!
