RUSTY
Rusty is a King Charles-Cocker Spaniel mix who was surrendered to GCCSR the first week of January 2015. According to his original owner, he is is doggy-door trained, crate trained, and knows 'sit, stay, down, leave it.' If he gets loose, he tends to bolt off to explore rather than listen... but he does great at the dog park. Prior to being surrendered to us for marking the young child's toys, he lived and played with a larger dog and young cat.
Rusty loves blankets, pillows, and hiding socks. He does well with kids of all ages, but doesn't care for his ears being pulled. He can get a bit grumbly about that or being hugged on. His favorite activity is chasing bubbles. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and ready for his forever home. We will be sure to post updates as we learn more about him during his time in foster care.
